SALSA RECIPE
10 Cups Crushed Tomatoes
5 Cups Chopped Green Peppers
5 Cups Chopped Onions
1 Cup Chopped Jalapeno Peppers
1 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Cloves Garlic Finely Chopped
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Cilantro
1 Tablespoon Salt
Mix together in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes. Process pints in waterbath canner for 15 minutes. Remove lid. Wait 5 minutes. Remove from canner and allow to cool on a towel.
