@@Ntwadumela89 I literally had to delete the app to cancel my subscription because there’s no way to cancel on the app and when I would go to the website it would direct me to the app. So I had to delete the app so I wouldn’t get redirected then go to the website. It took me a week to figure it out

Because companies refuse to make a business model based on a good product with good customer service. Instead their business model is based on shady practices like this. Seriously Paramount, if you're dependent on income based on being a douche you're no better than banks that literally depend on monthly and overdraft fees to make "enough profit". Big Business is about mediocre products nobody likes and a business model that gets away with every exploit possible. Our legalese has created and environment of no -customer service.

if you still need it after a year, if you have a Samsung phone you can cancel your subscription from the Google play app, where you can see your subscriptions

Now if you click Edit "Subscription and billing" it takes you to Google play, where you have to select "My subscriptions" on the left panel and that's where you can cancel the subscription. Hope it helps someone. Paramount is scumbags, they should've made the cancellation process way easier

I signed up for the 7 day trial through Amazon. If I go to the paramount+ website to cancel it tells me to "do so in the app store where you purchased your subscription." which would be Amazon. So I go to Amazon where my subscription should be and it says I have no subscriptions yet I'm still being billed for the service. I see no way to cancel it.

You’d have to turn off your auto renew feature on Amazon and after the cancel feature should be there for you.

Had me a little worried at first but then I figured it out for my Roku TV. When on Roku home page NOT the remote. But on the homepage TV use the remote ⭐ star icon on the paramount plus page and that's when you can cancel the subscription

Here is my issue, I added a paramount plus account through my Apple ID but different login email for paramount plus. I’ve now added paramount plus back different email but I can’t log a new account into paramount plus Apple TV, it only asks me to resubscribe.

It didn't work for me. I went through all the steps you described but it it wouldn't do it and said to try again later. This makes me so mad I'd NEVER, EVER use their stupid app again. Why do companies treat their customers like this and expect people to do business with them? I cancelled initially because when I got a new TV and tried to sign in on it with this app, they wouldn't recognize my email/P/W combination and when I tried to change the P/W, they wouldn't let me do that, either, so screw it, I figured 'hasta la vista, baby'! TERRIBLE app...........

PSA: Although the above steps didn't work for me, i wanted to put out a warning: I was still on my free trial, trying to cancel my subscription (cos there isn't a lot of variety) when i accidentally clicked on monthly. Then i clicked on annual. But it won't allow you to change back to monthly (all the while trying to find the cancel button) and now they just charged my credit card $99USD for the annual subscription (non-refundable)! Extremely misleading and designed to trap the customer.

Hi all, i had the same problem, when i would click on the link to cancel my subcription via the website, it would redirect me straight to the app which when clicking on the accounts tab wouldnt give me any option to cancel, what worked for me was unistalling the app. when i would go on the website after it would had my account logged in to which i was then given the option to cancel. Hope this helped.

Hey everyone! I was having the same problem but I’ve figured it out! This will only work if you activated your account on A ROKU TV. You have to go to the app, don’t click it, press the asterisk button “*” on your remote , click manage subscription, and then cancel it! Hope that helped

Yeah me too. However, I signed up with a trial and canceled before it expired. This was in May. Now today I go in just cause and it let's me in when I haven't re subscribed. I haven't being getting billed so that's good. I tried canceling and it just says error. There must be a glitch where I didn't re subscribe but it still let's me in. @@romanorozco5566 I contacted their support and when I heard back they said my subscription ended in August. This was about when I got a replacement credit card. Shortly after messaging me back, they fixed this glitch where I was still able to access the content.

It took me forever to figure it out. This subscription service is infuriating. If you haven't figured it out yet....Sign in to your google play store account and press on your initial next to the search bar, click on payments and subscriptions and then click on subscriptions and in that list you should find your paramount plus account. Click on your paramount account and at the bottom of the page it will say cancel subscription another window will pop up just to confirm you want to cancel and that should be it. I hope this helps :) never again will I sign up to this service haha.

This happened to me it will be under another google account email that you didn't think you used - it sends the email that you have subscribed to you main email but for some reason and this is if you do have another gmail account is found under there - once you find it its simple to hit the unsubscribe button -

hey ! go to your settings and if you have an iphone, search up subscriptions and then it’ll take you to all the companies you subscribed to and then click cancel free trial after that, you’re all good and then delete the app if you want too. hope that made sense

" so go on the app doesn't let cancel your sub or even reups just lets go from monthly to yearly with no info on when exp... mum got it after cbs bought network 10 and was shutting down the all access and i joined her up on pc and put a reminder in when the year sub was to reup and now i cant find info anywhere
