How to Care for Irises

Thank you for your information. I love the fact that some plants walk to an area as you say they creep . It makes me realise that plants like sunflowers move to the sun some plants creep some scatter seed heads it's remarkable if you stop and think about our surroundings. I have bought some irises for the garden so really appreciate your advice. Nottinghamshire England.

Does that mean after the old iris flowered, It wouldn't be flower again at the same rhizome. Only flower in the newly grow rhizomes? I can just discard the old rhizomes?
