If you want to send them a playlist, you could also write it out and then make it an actual spotify playlist and print out the spotify code thingy and glue it to the written list. That way your friend won't have to search for the individual songs, they can just scan the code! Just make sure they use spotify!

My friend made me the cutest box full of dried flowers to remind me “there is beauty after the storm,” peach tea because I was “peachy,” and a dum dum for “her darling dumby.” She had sooo many little slips of paper rolled up with memories between us as well as compliments and positive affirmations. so! my boyfriend and i are long distance and something i discovered was unless you’re sending REALLY heavy items usually they flat rate boxes actually are more expensive than by weight!! i highly recommend googling “flat rate vs weighed shipping” theres a useful lil chart of what’s more cost affective depending on size of box & price!!!

Another tip; The Thriftshop. Depends on the type ofcourse, but many people simply receive items/gifts that they don't want and dump them there. Or people stop their hobby and donate the lot. I've found such lovely necklaces, washi-tape (new in packages) new DVD's, books, Christmas-decoration...anything. I mean, I'm not suggesting you burden your friend with too much junk :) But it's very easy to find cheap, beautiful things there!
