There exist literally no hero in mlbb to counter minsi properly in 1v1 other than Argus. Argus is the only hero who can actually counter minsi, provided the Argus player is pro and well aware of how & when to use his skill 1&2 against minsi.

It's a tactic. Somewhat like opening the option for split push If he starts a fight, the team has numbers advantage for Lord. If his team starts a 4 v 5, then they are at a disadvantage because he is split pushing. Plus, he is fed enough to escape or take 1 down with him at minimum if the enemy pursue relentlessly. Either he gets inhibitor or base, or team gets lord, and it's pretty much what happened. The enemy team were out of position for Lord, and he took an inhibitor tower and nearly the base.
