Did not understand what you are trying to tell me but what I understood that you are saying that you have to 23 kg bags which I mean obviously you will bring then 12 kg is additionally allowed for you as a check-in bag in that you will keep one cabin bag of 7 to 8 kg and 8 to 10 kg my backpack so collectively it will be roughly around 16 17 kg and but permissible limit is 12 kg I don't think it is possible one kg hardly they will allow but not this much even I see some people they don't even allow one kg in India outside they allow mostly

Hi, I have a flight from Delhi to Finland by Finnair flights. I need to know if I can carry one laptop bag apart from 8kg cabin bag? And check in bag weightage is 23 kg but I am at 23.30 kg, so do they allow a little extra free of cost?
