Hadi helped me improve, and he has changed the way I play Overwatch in just these two sessions. Before, I was a braindead shoot-and-kill player but without the confidence with the occasional ult tracking and so and so. But now I try to strategize and think of ways I can make plays for my team or enable my teammates. I also learned to be more mindful of how I use my cooldowns, and he also taught me how the maps are designed in Overwatch and how to play around them. Hadi is a good coach!!!!

I notice a lot of coaching videos are very critical of video they are judging. No game is perfect and mistakes will happen. Providing suggestions/opportunities for improvement is a huge difference between a good coach and a great coach. You did a great job of analysis without being too harsh and nitpicking. I am in the metal ranks and some of your suggestions for positioning and situational awareness will definitely help me climb.
