We have reviewed the original video footage to see how long this took to do: nothing was prepped in advance for this video, and the entire carving from beginning to end took 48 minutes, not including time to prepare the fruit salad. The entire process including cutting up the fruit and filling it took 1 hour and 1 minute.

I made these for my sisters baby showers very easy to make! I used a big round plastic platter and used kale for the bed, I put most of the fruit around the stroller and some inside to make sure I had enough for a large group of people I covered the platter with plastic wrap! It looked beautiful!!

That is really cute. I have made a bassinet minus the wheels/handle. I buy lace and put it around edges. It is really cute for baby girl showers. I like that you used all fruit to make your baby carriage

I did something like this, and made a baby sticking out between the fruit salad. I used a half of an orange cut length-wise with watermelon pits stuck in as closed eyes at about the middle of the orange, and another pit for the 'button-nose' and then I just carved a smile.
