Hi I don't suppose you can confirm for me how much fluid is in the cup measurement for me please?? I know it's meant to be something like 237/240 depending on UK and America. I'm UK. But I'm always a little nervous when cup measurements are used 😭. And if you have done your own yet and have any extra tips? I'd be grateful thanks. I haven't bought mine yet, but thinking it would be a great idea for my granddaughter and myself now she's getting a little older and keeps still 😂 That's the plan anyway 😂 Thanks 👍

It tried and it worked but not this one i make it cheap by just buying molding power online and for this another tough material(which is use for hand) i use plaster of paris(POP). It worked, but you have to use molding Powder very carefully it gets ruin easily by because of it's lumbs and water amount should be maintaine

@royalgamer2774 Ahh right, thank you very helpful. I think like you I'm going to buy it separately. And have a little play on my own first and see how that goes. Before I let loose on my granddaughter and disappoint her 🤣 I did think about the lumps. And thought a wisk might be better?? But that would add bubbles then 🙄 Still I will have a play for a couple of quid and see the best method 😂 You've been a great help thank you very much and have a good day 😊

I saw in another video where they were pouring the plaster slower, and little at a time. I was thinking they should do it faster, but now I see it’s important to release more bubbles and let it get in all the small crevices.

Finished 6 castings of my mothers hands. Used a water/Elmer’s glue mixture 1st then painted with acrylic paint. Waiting for them to dry completely before I paint them with a sealer. How long should I wait? Weeks? I also want to label each on the bottom with her name and date. Not sure what kind of pen to use that won’t smear when I paint the sealer over it. They are actually for myself & all my siblings. Our mother is almost 90 & fighting cancer again so we did these before she got bad. Do you have any recommendations for which pen to use? Thanks!
