How to catch BIG steelhead in SHALLOW water | Centerpin Fishing

I'll try to be more attentive about my Camelbak next time 😅
Solid day of steelhead fishing after a slight rain/snow melt off the day before which brought the flows and turbidity up a little.
SETUP INFO:
Rod: FishUSA Flagship Centerpin Rod 12’
Reel: Okuma VT-1002 Aventa Float Reel
Mainline: TAAR Floating Monofilament Line, 12lb test
Leader: Seaguar STS Trout/Steelhead Fluorocarbon leader, 6-8lb test
