Kiki Game literally typed in these coordinates and the first magikarp that spawned in was a freaking ditto... After months of no luck I go to KZbin and within a minute I have a ditto... wth oh and 5 minutes later not even kidding got another ditto. So two within 10 minutes after searching for months......

How to throw consistent/easy curveballs: spin the pokeball with your thumb in a counter-clockwise motion (if using right hand), and to the left of center (again, if right handed). Time your release by slowing/speeding up the circles you're making. When ready to throw, drag your thumb right and up and release. Once you get the timing down, it's much easier to hit your mark with curveballs than throwing straight on.

So just a thought, I was watching a few videos and apparently once you click on the common Pokemon, as soon as it's done it's animation, quickly switch from reg pokeball to a great or ultra and from what I've seen it's like a 90% chance of it being ditto. Don't know if this helps anyone but test it out

Believe it or not you'll catch more ditto from stops that are not lured. I caught 3 ditto within 5 min walking around pier 39 from un-lured stops

Caught a 18cp Pidgey that required 4 pokeballs and 3 great balls, which turned out to be a Ditto after my 40th catch. The second Ditto was 10 catches later from a 153cp Ratta, which required 5 pokeballs, 4 great balls , 3 ultra balls and 13 raspberries to catch. Both caught in Chicago, IL

Apparently ditto can come from all pokes, however, the common ones have the greatest chance.

cought a ditto just now and you do not need to catch alot of magikarp because i have two pokemom go accounts and when i first cought this ditto, i went to my other account same location and the same first magikarp i cought was a ditto. go to Alcatraz cannon gym in san fransisco by pier 39 right now and get yours ! it is 3:32 pm by the way washington state. Playing four different games on my pad. When a Ditto or any other good poke shows up on one game, I shut it down and start up a different game. I got 7 Dittos (all from Rattattas) in less than 15 minutes. More than one Ditto spawned in about the same spot. My games seem to be lagging just like in your video; either the buddy and spawned pokes won't load or the nearbys and pokestops won't come up. I sent a report to Niantic. I actually have to turn the pad off and then restart.

I've never heard of it coming from a weedle or caterpie. I have 6 or 7 dittos and most of them came from a pidgey or zubat.
