Never thought the highlight of a vid would be a trigger, just look at that thing. Top quality mate.

Best SPJ content on the tube. Big ups from Ecuador mate looking to put my nomad 120s to the test on the equator!!

Another awesome video Matt. I always do 4 wraps on the reel and 1 and a half rod lengths of leader. That way when close to the boat you have a little stretch for that last run. Especially here on the East Coast with kingfish.

Mate, you make it look so easy . I've only just started watching your channel and I'm going to give the squidtrek a go. Personally I would remove the top split ring and tie a loop knot directly to it, do you ? Also do up size the assist hooks ? Keep the videos coming great work and I love the boat.

Awesome informative content. Definitely an exciting new way to fish. Just got my 1st slow pitch outfit, not sure how will go here in the NT with pretty shallow water and big tides but will happily put the time in to find out. definitely beats smelly bait in the boat.

Vernon’s or Dundee wide mate does well for jogging 🤟

@@The_Red_Life thanks mate. Thought Vernons on neaps would be worth a shot. Maybe shoals around South East Melville looks alright too
@The_Red_Life Жыл бұрын
@@Scrubbull23 yeah hit the main channels on neaps around Vernon’s or the reefs out the front - Lynne reef etc. If not Dundee wide around witches nose does well 👍

Interesting to see the difference in technique between what gear/ techniques work on the GBR vs traditional SPJ. That pe2-4 seacore rod is more like a fast jigging rod (or more suited to 500gram+ jigs 😂)
