Jesus.....Doesn't matter if it's got teeth or not, you do not bring anything with hooks hanging out of it and still green, into a boat. That's why you carry a donger. Also why no shoes ? You created a very dangerous scenario. I think you need a fair bit of practise before you start telling others how to do it. But thanks for sharing.

I never wear shoes in the boat I know it's a bad habit. Just hate getting them wet and having wet feet. I've got my donger in the boat ready to kill the sharks. The line wasnt supposed to snap and trying to do it one handed while holding the camera wasn't ideal. Normally I would just grab the shark by the tail to bring it on board. But I understand your concerns

Bit harsh mate. I never wear shoes on a boat, in fact, I've never seen anyone wear shoes on a boat. And we have all done the same with a flapping fish, we just don't usually get to film it and have people criticise our actions online :)

Mate nothing is dangerous about this, I chase bluefin in bare feet, gives a bit more stability. His tips helped me get into shark fishing. This is Australia 😂
