Thank you William God Bless You too Sir! Funny thing is before I started restoring this truck it was tracking wrong too, I also thought frame was bent took it to a frame shop and we discovered frame was straight! Found out one trailing arm was a little longer than the other so I switched sides with them and did everything you saw in the video! I’m glad it really helped you thx for letting me know hope you subscribed we are getting ready to release more videos on the C10! Thx Franky 😎

@@OldGuyzGarage@ one longer then the other! It makes sence! I have a 68, swapping a rear end! But yoke its not pointing center of frame!

You are welcome I’m glad it helped you! I had the same problem thought my frame was bent and after going to frame shop was relieved to see the frame was not bent but still had the problem of truck driving sideways a little which was only noticeable from driving behind it. After racking my brain I measured the wheel base side to side and realized there was one inch difference and my rear end was tracking wrong once I fixed it everything drove straight down the road. Thx for watching! 😎

@@OldGuyzGaragehow can one trailing arm be longer than the other?
@chrisjar13422 жыл бұрын
Good video, for static drops lowered more than 4" CPP recommends using the longer bar that comes with a bracket that allows the bar to connect at the trailing arm rather than at the factory differential housing stud like in the video.
