I changed the battery but the fob does not seem to be working properly. I double checked and the battery is in correctly but it is not functioning. You can still start the car when you place the fob very close to the starting switch but the remote features do not work at all.

If you are sure the battery is good and installed properly then there may just be an issue with the remote itself.

@@PYR-Auto yes, I’m sure the battery is in correctly. However the last time I put a new battery in, it was reading as a low battery in the QX50! It may be the remote itself so I will look into ordering a new one if need be.
