How to change a battery on a Movado

This cost me about $20 bucks to do and I have an extra battery for next time. So next time there won’t be a cost as it was all paid when I bought the press and Renata batteries.
The press was just under $16 on Amazon. And the batteries were $2.96 + $2.49 shipping total cost about $22
In the beginning of the video I refer this as a 375 size battery (the one I removed) but it’s actually 371/370 size.
Later in the video after I remove the backing (or disc as I referred to it lol) you can see it says “Battery 395” which I didn’t notice until I uploaded the video.

I made this video for a couple of friends and decided that it may actually help others so I put it up
I almost forgot if you can take the link out of the bracket first so it it will make it easier and that way the bracelet doesn’t touch the watch inside to about damage or shorting what looks like a little mother board.

Hi could you suggest since i have movado fiero and just replaced baterry but in 1-2 weeks watch always not move or late not properly and sometimes i do re setup times then works normal until suddenly in next lsste or stop work again. I appriciate reply this case. Thanks

Si me querían cobrar $75 dólares para cambiar la batería al Movado. Dije están locos. Compré lo necesario en Amazon y ahorré mucho $$$. Y un amigo quería saber cómo hacerlo.
