How to change a Cub Cadet LT1045 transmission

Thanks for the video bud! Looks like way more of a pain than I expected! Mine is leaking fluid where the axle meets the shell if the transmission . I'm trying to figure out how to just add fluid easily like by a hose that stays attached and runs out by the tire.

Sorry for the late reply I forget to check this one cause I have 2 accounts!! I was told you can’t fill them but when I pulled it apart there was a tiny hole on top of the plastic liquid part but they told me you just have to drive them until they blow!! Seems a bit shady but that’s how they make money I guess

​@@davidpurtherhowtoohey man, I have the exact same mower but I can't find any information on where the transmission fill hole is. Do you remember where on the transmission that fill hole is? Is it accessable without removing the transmission? Thanks 👍

Thanks. Question for ya. the cub cadet ltx 1045 won't move. Makes a lot of whiney noise when trying to forward or back. I replaced the belt. It was terrible. But still the same. bringing the mower put of storage this year and the thing won't move. Is my transmission shot? The fan is spinning
