How to change a garage door window

This looks like a GARAGA garage door thermopane window with internal muntin bars almost identical to the window that I am about to replace. One of my local GARAGA dealers wants around $492(taxes in) here on the east coast of Canada, plus install costs if you get them to do it. More interesting is that they also have a few brand new 2nd hand windows(out of doors that were scratched during shipment I believe) for $115 each. In my case I would have to buy all 3 in a case lot but at $345(taxes in) this is a steal and I would have 2 extras for any future replacements if needed. It is unfortunate that there is no sound with this video but the procedure is pretty straight forward. If you opt to just replace the themopane glass(and not the plastic surround, which is rarely damaged if the glass gets broken) I would tape the external plastic frame to the door to prevent breaking the external silicone weather seal, remove and replace the glass from the inside and be careful not to overtighten the screws when reinstalling the inside plastic frame otherwise you might crack the glass!! A 2nd person to help make sure things stay in place during removal/replacement would be very useful.

The one thing he doesn't show but may comment on(if we could hear him) is that there should be a bead of calking put on the external plastic frame(or on outside of the door around the edge of the opening) to keep the rain out.

They should sell them at a glass replacement store, mine cost $10 for a 11x18 glass 1/8 thick

I have an Amarr door with similar-type windows except they seem to be clipped in. I can't figure out how to unclip them to get the glass out. The glass looks replaceable if you can get the two frames apart. The garage door is thin metal rather than wood composite. Any help would be appreciated.

@NLV WEIGHT EQUIPMENT I found them on Amazon. Installation was a snap. I now have natural light in my garage. What a difference.
