How to Change a Theme and its Variants in PowerPoint 2019 & 365

Hopefully this video explains my problem. I would like to change my PowerPoint slides to the "Flow" design theme template. When I change it the template, it changes the position of all my title headers. That's the main problem. This is my first time learning about the Slide Master.

It's a tool within a software I use called Camtasia. I create all my videos with Camtasia.

Alternatives. One theme can have many variants (many different versions, with each version having some kind of difference in colors from the original theme).
