Could you please explain it in details. I think you can add more than one image file to Target different sizes. I haven't showed that because it's the same things and as most of the learners will have made only one icon image, so I also showed with only one. You can check the docs as well, it's pretty easy you might just need to add another line in yaml file

Bro there was a way that used to work. But after that when use build apk, the gradle task shows error for the new app icon change. So I found this way and made a video out of it. Hope it was helpful

I had the same problem and it took 30 min for me to solve. Check the indention in the pubspec.yaml file. Put the 'flutter_launcher_icons: android: "launcher_icon" ', at the bottom. At 'dev_dependencies:', put the 'flutter_launcher_icons: ^0.13.1' below 'flutter_lints:^4.0.0'. Check correct indention. Save and run flutter pub get

I'm not totally sure but it can be changed manually using the manifest.json file in Android folder but then you will have to do it manually for iOS as well in their respective manifest.json like folder and after that I think a grade build process is required and the changes will be reflected. Try this technique and tell me if it works or not
