I dont know where the 100 ft lbs torque on the radius rod bolts came from, but you've caused a lot of people to break these bolts which aren't always easy to come by. The torque on a 2016 XP Turbo is 40 ft lb for all radius rod bolts. Everyone should look into their service manual for their cars spec.

kzbin.info/www/bejne/l3KqnK2MorRgjKs Definitely refer to your model specific service manual for more information and specs. Thank you for bringing this up, we will definitely get this updated. The correct torque for the radius rod fasteners on this machine is 50 ft-lb plus an additional 45 degrees of rotation. That is right out of the Polaris service manual.

No mention of the brake pad shims (thin metal behind the thicker oem metal pad). Did you just throw them away?

I have never seen torque specs that were 40lbs on D/S cailiper bolts & 30lbs on P/Side caliper bolts ? Whoops! Lol!
