No you should not wait for your classes to start. When you land after 2-4 days you should apply for refund as its a long process and it will take some days for college to revert you and for you to fill the forms correctly.

Right now I’m in India but next 20 days I will land in Canada 🍁 , they ask me if you wouldn’t be able to sign ✍🏻 then we will defer you to next intake 😢 and they also ask me the last date of signing is 8th march , and my intake is April . I don’t think you should go to agent bcz if college is offering that much then it will not be less if you hire an agent. Its good atleast your college is offering 70% and full refund for the next semester. Its your choice if you think you need assistance then take agent help but for refund you just have to fill the form and send documents to the college…
