You have encouraged me alot to buy niva But alot of people warn me The say it's not reliable And it may require constant repairing I travle all days in every week I want a cor that runs for 10 to 12 hour per day for every day of a month Can lada niva give me that?

Lukoil Antifreeze RED (Russian technology) and Gazpromneft Tosol 40 (USSR technology). If you do not find these antifreezes in your area, then I recommend Liqui Moly Langzeit Kuhlerfrostschutz GTL12 Plus (Germany). Удачи с Нивой!

hello! can you guys make a video how to replace steering gear on 2101? :) i think i need to do that since my steering gear's bearings are worn and has a lot clamp and not smooth anymore.. :D i would appreciate it very much, would courage me to do it myself :) greetings from finland. my 70's lada is my daily car!

by the way, i sent you email. please take a look at it, i am in hurry right now but i can also ask the question here: is it machining failure or is it supposed to be like that, main axle that connects to the steering column has one spot that is not cut to the end, i need to know this because i have to replace the steering gear but i am about to try to file it to the end but if it is supposed to be like that please let me know!

what type of oil is used in niva 1600, 1700 carburetted and 1700 injected. fully synthetic,half synthetic half mineral, fully mineral? 10w-40?? 5w-40??

Carburetor - fully mineral and semi-synt (without hydraulic lifters). Injector - synthetic (with hydraulic lifters) 10w-40. Удачи.
