Hello. I don't know if you answer questions on here, or if maybe someone else can answer my question. I have a Canon IR Advance C5030 and I am trying to find out what a part is called so I can order it. After you pull out the tray that the drum units and developers are on, if you look into the machine, there are 4 little knob-like things that stick out, one for each color. There is a little plastic washer-type thing that is supposed to be flush with the knobs, but 2 of mine are bent down (yellow and black). What is the name of the knobs and/or the little plastic pieces? Can they be repaired or replaced?

HAD AN ERROR CODE E000 100-0100. RESET DRUMS AND IT WORKS. Can we order a service manual from you and how to access service mode - to clear codes when needed. Usually use adv settings 2 and 8 any ideas?

I have 4 unopened brand new toner cartridges (Black, Cyan, Yellow & Magenta) that are compatible with the Canon C5045, C5051, C5250 & C5255. I no longer own the printer and don't need them.
