To adjusting is it same on each every forklift?

Is there a way to make a poka yoke on these fork locks ? i found one of my guy missed to put the locks of fork and the pallets fell down.

That's not a pallet jack, just a pallet in need of repair. Still, good informational video on how to change out the forks.

Holy smokes. Just pick em off the carriage by hand. They don’t weigh that much. Raise the carriage to almost waist height. Push the fork into the middle of the carriage. Grip the fork towards the end with one arm and lever it upwards, then grip the fork near the heel with your other arm. Then using your legs, lift the fork off the carriage and gently lower it to the ground. Any twonk can do it if you use proper body mechanics. This method is needlessly Complicated for such light forks unless you’re elderly or injured. In which case get an able bodied person to help.
