I completely forgot you can 😂 just did mine the other day and had to bust out the induction bolt heater. Dont forget to grease those slide float pins and shims!

Also you might want to change your brake fluid and observe as you bleed them if adequate fluid is coming out from each bleeder because that also causes heat and marks on the rotor if brake lines are swelling shut from age, and I know you want to keep your beautiful assistant safe when she rides with you 👍

I JUST put drilled and slotted rotors plus performance metallic pads from rockauto on my 2000 mgm ls, just fully seated em today and they screech the tires plus stop faster but whew I could smell the pads today after heating em up for seating

Just a FYI if you want to get the most life out of your brake jobs with out rotors warping make sure you clean all rust off of the hubs before you install new rotors & check to make sure caliper slide pins move freely lube them up.

4:48 I just wanted to throw this out there to you on my Vic's I found for longevity and quality and overall Bang for your Buck the slotted Rotors and Ceramic pads by I think Best Stop I could be wrong on the Name but it's offered on Rock Auto May cost slightly more but better braking and I found out no warping plus the main reason for Ceramic pads is because regular pads not only prematurely Heat up and warp Rotors but like in your section of the video they start Eating the Rotor like Wolverine 😂

No, just have to wiggle it out. It will come out, the pads are flat so it should just slip right off.
