First time in my life, I changed the bulb correctly, thank you, thank you, thank you. The Ford manual is rubbish. I could remove the headlamp, take it out, I could remove the old bulb (in a wrong way though) but - as many times before - I could not insert the new bulb correctly. I brought the headlamp home, watched your video and did it. Just did it. You have - seriously - the talent how to explain everything in a great details to people who actually need it. Some other videos skip details as also Ford manual does - I could have never done it with manual alone. Thank you.

Wow! Sure saved me a lot of unnecessary work and aggravation! After looking under the hood of my 2013 Focus; I thought the bulbs had to be changed from underneath the car; after putting it up on car ramps and removing the fiber under engine cover and rubber strip. At the last minute I decided to see if there were any "how to" videos on YT, and picked yours to watch. I only watched the first 4-5 minutes, but that was more than enough to see I was going to do it all wrong! Thanks for sharing it!

A very practical video! Told me what the car handbook failed to. Needed to be patient with removal of the plastic bulb socket though because it had a firm interference fit (NOT a sliding fit) to its alignment guides. A task best done on a table I found. Thanks for this.

This information is only correct for 2012 through 2018 Ford focuses that were sold in North America in 2001 through 2011 could have a completely different design and cannot be changed using these instructions.

you don't need to disconnect the cable to change the light really, once the set is out you have enough room. After replacing he bulb, test the light before putting the cover back on. I think the screw I torx 30 but last time I didn't have anything and used a size 4 inbus which is totally wrong... but works.

Similar process required for C-Max Mk2, two screws and then you need to give it a bit of welly (I used screw driver and leveraged against the body) to force it forward.
