How to change impeller, filters, and complete oil change on Yanmar 4JH4E

I know this is a boring - long video AND I KNOW THE MUSIC SUCKS - but for those who want to learn the step and pitfalls, I hope this will be a helpful video.

Thank you to Richard and Katie at FHG Marine Engineering. We did a full impeller, fuel filter, oil filter, oil change on my Yanmar 4JH4E - we also did the same on my Fischer Panda Generator with a belt change as well. I learned a lot and feel confident that I can do this on my own next time without the proper supervision.

Great video - thanks. However as far as I can see, according to the manual, the impeller is inserted with the opposite rotation as what is prescribed. It should go clockwise not counter clockwise.

👌 - must confess that music was complaint - DO NOT EVER put old fuel from racor back in new filter - please use new diesel fuel to prefill filters
