firstly upgrade and update the system simply use command sudo apt-get update / upgrade after that try to install tor

wait , but for eg i want to brute force for ssh and i use this same approach, then what happen in between 1 sec interval does our real ip will also send request may be 1 sec can be enough to send just a single request. there is risk

I think 1 second is enough to sent request , I’m also not sure about it - sorry for that But you can try with some bigger timeframe like 5-6 second
