@@YourAllTrash I got a solution though. If you have Windows 11 Home Single Language as your current OS, you may want to upgrade to another Windows 11 version. I don't have any other solutions than this one.

Is the language pack fully installed? Are you able to select it in Windows Display Language? (Available languages depend on the PC manufacturer and country of purchase.)

Are you using a Single Language edition of Windows? If not, then the OEM can restrict which languages can be installed. For example, Irish can only be installed on the Samsung Galaxy Book Wi-Fi variants sold outside of China.
