Starting my 30 days August 30th 2024 going update in 30 days, best of luck to everyone who watches or comments. We all can change our lives. 30 day update- moved across the country started my dream job in tech. I feel super accomplished but I still feel like I have more effort to give and more discipline to show before I can tell myself I’m giving it 100 percent. I’m doing another 30 days this time with no liquor, no weed, working out everyday and tracking my food. Will report back on October 30th. Hope everyday has a great month ❤️

Have not gotten to my financial goal. Now I am focusing on my craft and avoiding all possible distractions. As a result, I am noticing more individuals are interested in what I have to offer. Going to use this video to reinforce it.

I first listened to this around last year when it was a month old and it was the best decision of my life! I thought I could never achieve studying in medicine, because I had no believes in it and my then "friends" circle was just laughing at me because I wasn't good at chemistry. Now I'm studying immunology with good grades and I actually started to care about the topics I am studying. It's a long road, but it at least changed me as a person ❤

Having a child is the most powerful motivator there is. It’s like a cold shower. If being a parent doesn’t motivate you-nothing will. I realized that I had to change my life after my daughter was born over 40 years ago. She was the reason that I went back to school and got a teaching credential and bought my first house. Every night I read Tony Robbin’s, Napoleon Hill and every book on motivation that I could find. You don’t need friends and family to support your efforts. All you need is the determination to give your child the best opportunities you can.

I had this recording on cassette, 33 yrs ago which came in a cassette album called "The success collection". This is the only tape I lost(someone at work took it). "The strangest secret" was also in the album. I'm glad to find this after all these yrs. Thank you for posting, and thanks for the internet. I'm still working on freeing myself from limitations. Recovering still from my 2nd divorce. Tried to share these beliefs with both exes, but I realize now I drew them to me. I'm now 65yrs old, kids are grown(raised them as single dad), on my own now, time to work for me. No one else cares, or no one else to do for but me. Not being selfish, but I realize time to do and care for self. Best wishes to you all.

FOR 30 DAYS : 1) Write on a card what it is you want , desire, want. Make sure is a SINGLE goal and clearly defined! DO NOT SHOW IT TO ANYONE. Carry it with you so you can look at it several times a day. Think about it in a cheerful relaxed and positive way each morning when you get up. Look at it every time you can during the day and right before going to bed at night. As you look at it remember you MUST BECOME WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT. It's yours really the moment you write it down. 2) STOP THINKING ABOUT WHAT IT IS YOU FEAR. Each time a fear thought comes , replace it with a positive image of your goal. For 30 days you must take control of your mind. 3) Don't concern yourself with how you will achieve it, is not your problem! Universe has you. Do this for 30 days .

Thank you so much for waiting for my feedback. I am going to give you honest feedback on whatever happened in these past two months. Subject: I was an extremely lazy person, and my goal was to overcome that, reduce my phone time, and keep a balance in life between my goals and family. During the first month, I started doing well for a few days. However, in the middle of the month, we had a medical emergency in the family. Although I was very productive the whole month, I wasn't able to balance my goals and household responsibilities. Everything was in one basket, not divided between the two. The next month, my husband (who is a great supporter, motivator, and adviser) told me, "Now that you have overcome laziness, try to balance it out." So, this whole month, I was trying to do just that, and I did. I made a list and tried to follow it. There were days when I followed it thoroughly, and days when some tasks were left unfinished, but I kept going. I did take days off when I got exhausted because maintaining the same routine every day can sometimes be overwhelming. I would take a break, enjoy some time outside, and then start again. Having said that, if you take a day off and then continue, it's no problem. I took Sundays off, and I am still programming myself this way. However, don't skip two days in a row, or it will be hard to start again, and you might feel lost. It's not that you can't start after that, but you'll have to start from zero, where you were already at two or three. This whole month was great. I finished reading a book, completed a lot of pending tasks, worked towards my goals and family life, and cut down my screen time. It helped me a lot in overcoming laziness and being productive. The most important thing I learned is that it's a process. It's not that I achieved everything and became a whole new person. You have to do it daily. The moment you stop, you will lose it all. Maintaining discipline is essential. Every day you wake up, you have to maintain it. You will understand yourself better, learn how things work for you, what you want, and how to manage things. You will learn something new every day. All you have to do is keep walking. In between, you will take rests as well, but keep walking. Don't run, don't chase. Keep walking. Only through this you will be able to be a happy and well-balanced person. A month just goes by in understanding the process, trying, and doing. But you need this kick to begin, and as you do, just keep walking. Don't give up. Wish me luck as well, so I can count on myself this year. I will not give up. My husband always says to me, "If you can't love yourself, you can't love anyone. It all begins with 'I'. We always try to understand others through ourselves. What if it happened to me? How would it feel? So take care of yourself, otherwise whatever you give to the world, the world can never satisfy you."

Keep me in your positive life ! Negative thoughts are gone ! If you miss or have hard days please take a minute and realize it took 29 years for one but all of us wants to change so get right back up ! Be grateful and remind yourself you were mostly negative all the time well now you’re not you’ve had many many positive days. If you have a bad day even it’s something that’s out of your control and you go back to negative thoughts whatever OK I’m down with that. God is down with that we understand. So, be grateful for the days that you have changed now smile and finish your day strong let’s go

Using all your courage to force yourself to think positively on your own problem, to set a definite and clearly defined goal for yourself. To let your marvelous mind think about your goal from all possibile angles, to let your imagination speculate freely upon many different possiple solutions. Each of us want something right down on your card specifically what it is that you want, make sure it's a single goal and clearly defined. You needn't show it to anyone but carry it with you so that you can look at it several times a day. You fear each time a fearful or negative thoughts comes into your conscious mind , replace it with picture of your positive and worthwhile goal.

I was just seeing in another comment that we have been in our own ways for so many years. So if you have a couple bad days or whatever say out loud that you’re grateful for them. Why? because you haven’t had those days in a while you changed and be grateful for that. What a blessing to realize that oh my gosh, I’m thinking negative again or whatever that is a blessing because you realize that. Now let’s get back up and be positive again they say 30 days it becomes a habit well we’re not there yet lol so let’s go

I get what's being said, however experience isn't the only thing that one needs to understand something. There are four main ways that people learn anything, conversation, observation reading and experience. Some people learn more by observing than experience. This point is a fact.
