The fuel filter on my 2006 mercury i'm not saying it was hard to get , but i did have to hire two Miners from West Virginia to go down and get it

Hi. I have a problem to keep the engine on I changed de fuel filter all , and the oil just have a 596 hours runs but I no recieve power on the swicht key where you put the key to turn on the engine.is only on port side of the boat I changed all the fuse and filters and I still no recieved power . pls I need help .
