2 little comments for a flawless job: 1. After emptying the oil, put again the bolt, without removing the oil filter, pour 100 Ml of fresh new oil (that will be enough) again from the top, wait 5 minutes and repeat the draining process and continue, it will help you to push some "mud" that could be left in the carter. 2.Replace the crush washer with a copper (not alloy, no silver color) authentic copper crush washer (don´t buy the ones sold in VW dealerships those are alloy). Interesant clipul si mai ales ca vw a trecut numai pe 0w20 renuntand la 5w30 pt GPF. Am tot un GPF de la alta marca insa care tolereaza si 5w30 si 0w20 si am ales pt stilul meu de condus/clima un 5w30.... Observ si ca au renuntat la filtrul de ulei tip cartus in favoarea celui cu carcasa..... Boris este eroul clipului, am si eu unul asemanator 😊👍

Multumesc pentru apreciere. Eu folosesc acest 0w20 de la 0 km. Acum masina are 41k, 3 revizii efectuate si pana acum fara probleme. Pana acum nu imi consuma ulei deloc. Temperatura uleiului nu trece de 98-99 grade vara. Eu ma declar multumit de masina. Boris este un rasfatat.😆

The size of the tool that you need for the oil filter is 74mm with 14 flats. Original tool is VW OEM VAS 3417.

Ceva pareri despre uleiul vw? Vad ca inainte ai bagat si Mobil1. Ma mananca si pe mine sa bag, mai ales ca are un pret f bun in comparatie cu Mobil sau Castrol. Cum de nu ai adaugat un remap pe lista de mods?

Am facut pana acum 4000 km de cand am pus uleiul VW. Nu am aesizat nicio diferenta fata de Mobil 1. Nu consuma ulei, nu se incalzeste mai mult. Este in regula si asa voi merge de acum inainte, mai ales ca fac schimburile la max. 15k km. Legat de soft, este pe lista de modificari, doar ca exista o oarecare teama legata de asta si mai astept putin, mai ales ca masina e inca in garantie.

Hello. You need to know if your car has GPF(Gasoline particle filter). My car is 1.5 TSI 2019 and has GPF. I used oil 0w20 from day one. I do the oil change at every 15k km. Now I have 41k km with no problems, no oil consumption. In the summer I have the same, 35-40 C.

@@amdskk check the last updates. VW is not using anymore 5w30. They are using 0w30 for non GPF engines. But this 1.5 TSI should be filled with 0w20. I use this oil from day 1. Now I have 40k km and no issues with it.

I have 62.000km with this 1.5TSI. I am very happy with this engine. Fuel consumption is around 7l/100km, no oil consumption. It is a very good engine. My advice is that oil change to be done at 1year or 15.000 km.

@@CristianCarpiuc daca o sa cauti masini cu acest 1.5TSI vei gasi destule cu peste 200k km. Generatia noua de motoare pe benzina de la VW e foarte reusita. In special acest 1.5 TSI. Eu unul sunt foarte multumit de el. Dar foarte important, revizie la maxim 15.000km, nu 30k cum recomanda VW.
