How to change ring cutter

1. Use suitale Allen Wrench to remove the dial plate's screw
2. Gently knock the screw with a hammer, then take off the dial plate and ring cutter
3. Change the new ring cutter, install them with the hammer
4. Then install the screw and dial head with Allen Wrench
