What can happen is that the spring contacts on the charger or battery (They are the same) can get bent or broken. It is important to carefully lower the battery onto the charger as near vertical as possible. If this is the case the relay will not click and the charger light will not come on. First step check those contacts, in frequent use by different people these contacts get bent out of shape or broken often, and some lift designs make it hard to lower the battery vertically. Replacing the batteries in a pack can save you loads of money, but it is all for nothing if those contacts are trashed.

Батарея J1BA-001 для медицинского подъемника (для инвалидов). Производитель истинный извращенец, работающий себе на карман!!! Использовал в корпусе (спасибо что хоть разборный сделали!!!) аккумуляторы НЕУДОБОВАРИМОГО формата!!! Нет чтобы поставить два массовых аккумулятора на 12В 4.5 Ач (5 Ач) размером 70мм-90мм-105мм. Так нет, поставили два 12В 2.7 А размером 80мм-60мм-105мм. Которые днем с огнем не найти!

The battery I have for the lift rapidly beeps when I try to lift it or lower it. When I put it in the charging bay, the charge light doesn't come on...like its charged. It does this with both batteries. I'm I overlooking something?
