Is it possible to clean the capillary instead of changing? Is there a protocol to clean it?

You can via sonication, but we find them unreliable. While the capillaries are VERY expensive if you buy them from the manufacturer, you can just order cut capillaries from a part supplier and they cost just a few dollars each. We typically buy 100 at a time.
