Sheesh, after all these years my 2 Minka Aire fans (bedroom and family room installations) aren't on the same frequency and matching each other's remote controls. A light on downstairs meant a light on in the bedroom. So annoying. Thank you!

Thanks a bunch! My Minka fan is turning on randomly. We don't have a wall control, only an on/off light switch and a remote. I'm thinking it's one of our neighbors that are on same frequency. Do you or anyone else know if there are controls in the actual fan fixture for frequency controls, since we don't have a separate wall unit?

There are controls mainly in the remote but if there are any else which I don’t think it will be up in the canopy but just change your frequency in the back of your remote and you will be all set

Nice video! How do you reverse the blades? Mine doesn’t have it on the remote either. Update: I found the switch. Had to get the ladder out, and push up the couple cover. I must say though, for such a young person you sure know a lot about ceiling dans! Thanks!

So what you would do is flip over the back cover on the wall switch and you would match up a new frequency and do what I did I guess
