I just went to a parts shop to get a bulb. They assessed the car (a 2009 Honda Stream) and told me I would need to get the panel removed from inside the car. I went home thinking I will need to book it in to servicer. I decided to check you tube and found your video. The light type looks basically identical. Thanks to you I was able to get the piece out, bring it in to the parts place, replace it and put it all back in. That saved me a lot of time and money from not getting a servicer to do it. Thanks! Btw the Stream light was a lot easier to remove than your one.

Thanks for your help. Not an easy thing to do and without your help I'd have thought it impossible. You're right it is badly designed. This method also works on old Honda Streams too.

HONDA FRV OWNERS , DONT do it this way. I tried it this way and i messed up my light. There is a pannel on the inside, very easy to disconnect.
