you don't need tools. hold glasses in your right hand near nose pad. put thumbnail of left hand behind TOP end of nose pad and swing it down to pop the nose pad out.

i have normal glasses and they are nor the pry on off type. they are some sort of slip on and off, the metal bar on the pad is a solid piece, but one side has a indent of some sort. not sure how to remove them
