You will have to replace the fuser if you are getting the following errors:
Repeating spots or lines every "54mm" or "2.13 in"
The image quality is very light and missing a lot of color

hi was wondering if you can assist me with a problem I've been having with my 7800. I've been using toner refills for about 1 year. its been working perfectly. for the past month or 2 we been getting "engine failure" and also paper jam in fuser, toner missing and easy to rub off. and now it wont adhere to gloss cardstock. i research it and got feedback that the fuser need to replace. but the messed up part is the fuser is now at 70% life. Please any assistance will be appreciated

HI, i hope you can help me, I have a 7100 but it started dropping toner, I chaged the waste toner container but it keeps doing it, it prints 1-3 sheets with stain and then 2 "clean", the technician says it Could be the transfer roller -or it could be not. I saw your video and i've noticed colrs have gone a little bit lighter than before.

Hi! I was hoping you could assist with how to reset the life cycle on the Phaser7800DX for the belt cleaner assembly. I have had no luck searching online yet and my warranty has been up for years!!!

Tools > Setup > Service Tools > Service Diagnostics..password is 6789. From there, go to Maintenance, then dc135 CRU/HFSI Status and Reset. You will see the transfer belt cleaner reset.
