How To Change VW CC, Passat, Tiguan Transmission Fluid & Filter Aisin 09M

I have a 2011 Volkswagen CC 2WD 2.0L 4L turbo. The transmission is automatic but it can be put into "sport" mode.. so semi manual I guess? I wonder if it would be the same?

Hi, I'm having a tough time working out if my output shaft seal is the correct size from the one I've bought? I have, as a replacement the 35mm OD kind, I'm not sure now If I've bought the corect one, or if I'm going to need to use a (adhoc or otherwise) spring compression tool for the type of flange fitted to my car's transmission, there's too much info out there and only snippits seem to come up which make it a hazy cloud for me still! My car is a VW Golf Mk5 1.9tdi with a 5 speed manual transmission. Hope you guy's are bearing up well with this Covid 19 mayhem?? Best reagrds!!
