My heat only ranges from .5 to 1.5 and i can't seem to find a setting to reduce burn through im welding 14ga tubing

Trim is used in pulse welding, it refers to the arc length not so much the voltage. What welder is used on your robot? You should be able to change the weld process. If its a lincoln you could try using rapid arc which helps with burn through.

Hello to anyone that knows how to program a Denso 6 axis tig welder? We over here are having a hard time trying to create a finish weld on medical supply equipment. What we have is 1/2 s.s.rod with a 3/8 s.s. rod that threads into the 1/2, then weld it. the problem is the exit weld at the very end of it. Is it possible to get the exit weld to look like the beginning? So no finish work is necessary? Besides buffing and polishing of course. Thank you to anyone that can help. We also may be interested in hiring to demonstrate. John
