Its probably because Roblox Mods thought that you weren't the parent of your account. If you wanna change your account to 13+, you must do some roleplaying and pretend that you are the parent/guardian of yourself.

@@BullSvledamir If you set your age to under 13 at signup, you're basically screwed and must sign up for a new account. Roblox Support WILL NOT do anything if you indicated that you were under 13 at sign up EVEN IF YOU FULLY EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE. ( This happened to me, I'm speaking 100% from personal experience. ) If you were under 13 at signup and still are, your only choice is to switch to a new account.
