Loved her take on exercise for women we are so accustomed to just doing anything society says or gives us not realizing majority of these things were not made for women or tested on or for women. Go Pvovle!!

I thought this was Stephen Pasterino’s company. Thought the P in Pvolve was literally for his last name. Rachel used to have a champagne hair care line called cuvée beauty. She looks like a totally different person now! Beautiful but totally different. Crazy what money can do…

My favorite thing that Rachel talked about was how our society has set training plans to adhere to men and that pilates and specifically pvolve is women making workouts for women which is why women are seeing such significant results from pilates that all the gym bros are trying to claim isnt feasible or isnt possible without heavy high intensity.

Is Lauryn in favor of a non hormonal IUD? I don't understand how people don't become pregnant from just monitoring their cycle and not using birth control... what if you are a super fertile woman but don't want to have artificial hormones/birth control.
@alicetothemoon19996 ай бұрын
if you track your cycle you can find out when you ovulate and basically avoid sex or wear a condom during those fertile days as there's only around 5-6 fertile days during a woman's cycle where you can actually get pregnant.

I was put on bc not for having sex but because I had lack of period at 16. Smh….. it still wasn’t a period, it was withdrawal bleeding! Birth control isn’t the only option and also ladies - there is no such thing as safe sex, sex has consequences regardless of what birth control method you use.

As I do with most podcasts, I am simultaneously on Google looking at what and who is being talked about. HOLD UP!!!!! This girl is family-money loaded!!! Her ex started the company but with such a huge backing from her father - she got to keep the company in the divorce. Google her wedding. She is very very thin and her body is NOT from working out. She is child-like thin. Her story is stuff of rich girl legend and it's the ex's last name initial in the company name. Gotta say, frankly the world is sick of seeing these kind of "CEO"'s with their life in the Hamptons. So pretentious also knowing how crazy rich she is without these "work outs"

Did not know this. Googled Rachel Katzman after reading your comment. She's not even the creator. But her ex-husband Stephen Pasterino was. She basically stole his company and made it her own. Read some comments online about Pvolve before it became Pvolve and how it was sooo much better when Pasterino was still there. It seems the exercises have changed after he left, although he still has ownership to Pvolve. He has his own business now in NYC called Threeform which offers streaming membership. He recently did a popup in Malibu.

Well you start your own successful business then and talk about it on podcasts. Problem solved.

It’s for sure a LOT easier to build your own business with lots of support like having family money etc. not saying she used it but just having something to fall back on knowing you won’t be in the streets if you fail is a huge advantage.
