How to change your engine oil | Porsche 911

This 911S I bought a couple weeks ago.
She arrived home, tired and dusty. She had been standing still for years and some maintenance was required to improve her overall performance.
Renewing the oil was necessary, since I didn't knew when the last oil change was carried out and the oil had this dark grey/brownish colour.
Along with the oil, I renewed the oil filter and restored the oil holding tank.
Specs about the car:
Porsche 911 S
Flat-six 2.7ltr engine
Made in 1974
Oil used:
HDX Kroon oil 20W50

Great job. My 911 is off the road for the winter but not in its usual place. I have it in my garage on the lift as I have some works planned for the off-season. I will upload my efforts if you are interested. My Land Rover is also lined up for some work. Uh oh, sounds an expensive Winter! Ps, great car you have there. And great video, thanks.

Thanks! Good hearing from you. Been following your channel for a while now, since you're also working on an old Series :). As soon as winter kicks in, here in The Netherlands, I will also store the 911 for the winter season in my workshop and doing some jobs to it. Would love to you working on your 911 btw! You should be very careful working around a running engine with strings, laces, ties or anything dangling like I see in the part where your hoodie ties are hanging down.... if they get sucked in and caught up in that spinning fan you're dead
