Here in Ancona we faced issues regarding regional scholarship due to documents legalization demand from Italian consulate in pakistan. It depends. You should ask the university that what is their credit requirement for the 2nd year scholarship. Although I would recommend you to obtain as many credits as possible. Good luck!

@@fatimajahangir9073 just apply for admission in your new desired university and before doing final enrolment, ask your old university for a "No Objection Certificate". I would suggest you to have it but not upload it initially. If at any point, the university asks you about it, just send it to them and explain your whole situation.

WS Yes it is possible but for that you have to back your interest with a strong CV in which you may add related courses or other activities you did related to the field you are applying for. Also, your motivation letter will be very important, explain your reasons and motivations in as good way as possible.

Yes, in my case dubara start huwa tha. Aap credits b transfer krwa sktay but that process is a bit complicated. You have to talk to the program coordinators of each university abd discuss your situation with them.

I am sorry for that. In my case, I didn't un enrol at my previous university until my enrolment at my new university was finalized. By doing this, at no point of time, I was not enrolled in any university. Thankfully, my visa was valid at that time and before applying for residence permit renewal, I passed an exam at my new university which was the requirement.

bro sorry to say, this is misguiding. rules are not so simple to switch the academic year. The is a clear rule of the ministry of Education that to change the university or academic year, you have to apply for a new visa and pre-enrollment. and you have to go back to your country for obtaining a new visa. your case is a bit easy because of sant anna honour student and a valid reason for the Italian language. but I know you are still waiting for your renewal of your resident permit and they will ask the question for sure. please call me for clarification 😉

I already received my residence permit on 8th March and all I needed was to show them that I have passed at least one exam in my new university. And yes I have mentioned that for me it was relatively easier and is complicated otherwise. Will call you soon.
