How to check accuracy of DISTO S910 for P2P measuring

Hi I have a question for a survey of an external building, what error does this instrumentation have compared to a total station? Have any comparisons been made? are we talking about centimeters or millimeters? Thank you

It is not so exact then, they announce that it is 1mm of error margin and not 12mm

Agreed. How can they state that it is within 1mm of accuracy when the "test" states it should be within 12mm. Possibly this Survey Equipment youtube channel doesn't know how to proper use the device? I've talked to a few companies that make 3rd party software for the DISTO X4 and they say positional measurements up to 20’ in any direction with 1/32” accuracy. This is coming from a very legitimate company.
