For my enquiries Parallel is an evening classes/session. Parallel fees is a little less than or around the same as fee paying The difference is that Regular student is day, fees is cheaper 1000+, also given to those in the required cut off point or got the needed grades fee paying is expensive 4000+ depending on the program and it is given to those who got a little above the required cut off point or aggregate. So every regular program has the required aggregate for fee paying
