@@carlymaccarrone7013yes, so you can chose photos from your phone. But you can check everyone in yourself. Then they can upload their own photo to their check-in separately or just skip this process and do it at the dock/check in on embarkation day. I checked in all the guest on the app which is so much faster and then they log in to their account and change card details, upload photos etc. checking everyone in yourself assures an eary check in time rather everyone doing it individually and it holds your check in as soon as you chose a time. Hope this helps

Question: App says 45 days prior my app reads September 9th. My Question is what if your cruise is out of the country international cruise. Barcelona is 9 hrs ahead of me. Will I be able to check in 9 hrs prior to the Royal Caribbean app time? Thank you Update: i was able to check in 9 hrs before for a European cruise.

Thanks so much! So helpful for our first cruise! Our grandson is on our reservation/cabin. Can our daughter who is his mother and on another reservation check him in since she lives in another state and can take his passport/photo as long as she has his reservaton number? That way she can put her credit card info for him too? Would appreciate your input! I take it that RC will not accept photos that are already loaded onto the phone?

Its always eastern standard time. So if you live out west like CA it's at 9pm. If it's a European cruise it's 9 hrs before the app says.

** edit! You can’t upload a saved photo but you can have it taken at the port so don’t stress if you can’t get a selfie!** You need to take a photo of them and save it in your phone. Then, instead of taking a selfie, you will just upload that photo.

@@danielkemp4187 when I did it in May, you could only take a selfie, you were not able to upload a photo previously taken. That being said you did not have to take the photo to finish your check-in. We had our photo taken at the port, even though we had done our selfies, so I’m not even sure which photo they used.

Why can we check in thru PC (windows 10) online? RCC delete that application. Using app, we could not even reserved time for complimentary dinning and the show thru this RCC app. Not a user friendly.

@@betsydoc3628 no, my suggestion is if you are concerned with getting an early check in time, Start With checking in on the app first. On the app, you can go straight to “choose a check in time” before uploading any other documents. Choose your check in time on the app, then fill in everything else. I uploaded most of my documents through the app on my phone bc it was easy to scan passports etc. I even took a quick photo of my kids on the app, and then later I went online and changed the photo through my computer. You can make updates and changes to your photo at any time.
