How to check QuickBooks for errors or mistakes in your Vendor Center

I am soooooo thankful I found your videos!! I have been using quickbooks for years and recently started a new job. Wellllll, when I started working here, I got all set up and logged into Quickbooks to find that this company's accounts are all over the place and completely our of whack. There are payments recorded but not applied to anything, there are payments that were made but never reconciled. These accounts have not been reconciled since 2021 :O I don't even know where to begin...... 😢

Do I always need to create a bill? before paying a vendor? For example a utility bill?

Depending on the version, you can use write checks or check register. Which skips enter bills and pay bills all together.

I like how you explain things, but it would be nice if you separated the online, and desktop versions. It becomes a bit much learning online when i am a desktop user.
